City Government 101

City Governance 101 provides elected officials with a comprehensive overview of the following:

• The City’s Specific Form of Government
• Statutory Roles and Responsibilities of City Officials
• The Kentucky Open Meetings Act
• Public Spending and Procurement Requirements
• Municipal Liability

The training will be provided by attorneys with the Kentucky League of Cities and is designed to equip local leaders with the knowledge they need to better serve their communities.

This event will be held in the Mercer County Senior High School auditorium.
