The City of Harrodsburg is seeking sealed bids for the possible Demolition of City-Owned Property located at 450 East Factory Street and 411 North Greenville Street until 9:00am on Monday, December 1, 2025 at Harrodsburg City Hall, 208 South Main Street, Harrodsburg, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Scope of Work
The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the demolition and proper disposal of existing structures, foundations and debris at the above-listed property(ies). With respect to the property located at 450 East Factory Street, appliances in the kitchen and personal property will be removed prior to demolition.
Bid Submission
All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Demolition of City-Owned Property – Bid #2025-11” and delivered to:

Bids received after the deadline will not be accepted.
Requirements
All bidders must be licensed and insured contractors in accordance with the laws of the State of Kentucky. Proof of liability insurance, workers’ compensation, City of Harrodsburg business license and any required demolition permits must be submitted prior to commencing work.
Reservation of Rights
The City of Harrodsburg reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to the City.

Please provide a price to demolish only the property at 450 East Factory; a price to demolish only the property at 411 North Greenville Street and a Price for the Demolition of both properties if that price will be less than the combined total of the properties individually.
