Attention City of Harrodsburg Residents and Businesses:

We are pleased to announce the launch of a new alert and notification service, REACH Alert, designed to keep you informed regarding events affecting the community.

This system will allow us to quickly share important information via text messages, phone calls, and email regarding a number of items, including waterline breaks, boil water advisories, road closures, weather delays/closures, police actions, etc. You can choose how you prefer to receive notifications by registering your contact information through our secure online portal.

How to Sign Up:

Please follow the steps below to register. It only takes a few minutes.

1. Visit www.reachalert.com
2. Select “Sign Up”
3. Type Harrodsburg in the search bar
4. Click “Join” next to Harrodsburg
5. Enter your preferred contact information^{*
   *}You will be required to enter your first and last name, phone and/or email address and home address
6. Click “Join Network”

Once you have successfully completed your registration, REACH Alert will send a confirmation to each contact method you entered (ex. call, text or email). If you do not receive this message, please call REACH Alert (877) 307-9313.

We encourage every resident to sign up. If you have elderly neighbors, friends, or family who do not have access to a computer or may need help registering, please consider assisting them or direct them to the REACH Alert support team at (877) 307-9313. They will help complete the registration in about a minute!

Please note that this is not an emergency weather notification system. Emergency weather notices will continue to be issued by the Mercer County Emergency Management Agency. If you have not already, you may sign up for emergency weather alerts here.
